NEEDITBY™ · now on the App Store · iOS

Help by your deadline.

needitBY™ is the first service marketplace built around a hard deadline. Post what you need, by when you need it — and only hear from people who can actually meet it.

The difference

Other marketplaces hope someone shows up. We only show you people who said they’d make it.

Most service apps treat your timeline as a suggestion. needitBY makes it the whole point.

Other marketplaces

Post and ‘hope’.

You write a request. People reply whenever. Maybe today. Maybe never.

  • No required deadline
  • Providers reply on their schedule
  • No urgency signal
  • You chase, you wait, you re-post

needitBY™

Post by a deadline. Done by your deadline.

Every request has a needitBY™ deadline baked in — and providers must commit to meeting it before they can make an offer.

  • 10 urgency time tiers
  • Providers commit to your timeline
  • Live countdown on every listing
  • Auto-expires — no zombie posts

Ten tiers. From 2 hours to 3 months.

Whether it’s an emergency that needs handling in the next 120 minutes or something that can wait until next month, you set the urgency — and providers self-filter before they ever see it.

How it works

Browse. Offer. Get it done.

01 — Discover

Browse needs near you — not doorsteps.

Listings cluster by ZIP code, so you can see where the work is without anyone’s address being exposed. Tap a cluster to see what’s open in that area — each need with its deadline, its budget, and the details. An area. Not a street.

02 — Offer

Commit, then win the work.

Confirm you can meet the deadline as part of your offer. If you’re chosen, you’re notified straight away — with the deadline and the details in one place.

03 — Manage

Both sides, one screen.

What you’ve posted, what you’ve offered on, and what needs your attention today — in one glance.

Straight answers

What we don’t do.

Three things worth knowing before you post.

We don’t take a cut.

No fees, no commission, no escrow. You arrange payment directly with the person you choose.

We don’t show your street address.

Needs carry a ZIP code only. If you want someone to have your address, you send it yourself — after you’ve picked them.

We don’t verify licences or insurance.

Providers tell you their experience, licensing, and insurance, and we show you what they said. Those are claims, not credentials we’ve checked. Optional ID verification confirms who someone is — nothing more.
